1. Use of Services

• DrivX allows users to remotely control real RC cars on a physical track.
• Users must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
• We are not responsible for any missed sessions due to network issues, device malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any physical or mental health issues that may arise from extended gameplay.
• Users should take breaks and avoid excessive screen time.
• DrivX is not liable for any self-inflicted harm or injuries resulting from the use of our platform.

3. Equipment and Damages

• Users must follow gameplay instructions to avoid damage to the RC cars or equipment.
• Any damages caused due to intentional misuse or negligence are the user’s responsibility.
• If any injuries occur during gameplay, our liability is limited to 10.00 AED.

4. Missed Sessions

• If a user misses a booked session, DrivX is not responsible, and refunds or reschedules may not be available.

5. Legal Compliance

• This platform operates under the UAE Federal Decree-Law and adheres to regional gaming regulations.
• Any disputes will be subject to UAE jurisdiction.

6. Changes to Terms

• DrivX reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any modifications.
